Come to our Crystal Temple for an hour of meditation with crystals.
The evening begins with purification with sage and a shorter active shaking meditation to awaken our energy and land more in the body. Next, Vanya guides us into seated silence and we open ourselves to the bright and high energies of the rock crystal.
The meditation must be pre-booked, drop-in not possible if you have not made contact earlier.
