Courage cannot exist if you are not afraid. Listen to your fear. Then you know what you need the courage for. Take the chance and show the world your brave side!

We have chosen amazonite for freedom, to go your own way and take responsibility for your own life. It is supportive of all kinds of change. Carnelian is also a stone of courage. It stands for balance in relationships, to gather ourselves and connect with our navel chakra and listen to ourselves. Carnelian supports us to be genuine, authentic and live close to ourselves. Aventurine is the stone of the heart. It supports us to listen to the heart in all kinds of decisions. The color green is calming and harmonizing.

Tip: Make a list of everything you're afraid of and a plan for how you're going to get through and face your fears! (Don't confuse rational and irrational fears. It's important to feel fear and get adrenaline when real danger approaches.)
