TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

It is important to us that you are satisfied with our products, our service, our attitude and the information surrounding our products. We have had 100,000s of satisfied customers during our 30 years as suppliers of crystals and jewelry in Sweden and the Nordic countries. But that is not enough, we want you to be satisfied too!

Shipping options


Kristallrummet uses Postnord shipping documents, Postnord servicepoint/parcel lockers. DHL servicepoint/parcel lockers and pick up at our store at Hökens gata 6 in Stockholm. Shipping normally costs 59 SEK, is free within Sweden when you shop for at least 500 SEK or pick up your package at our store. If you shop for less than 150 SEK, an additional handling fee of 100 SEK will be added. Shipping to Norway, Denmark and Finland is from 89 SEK. Customs duties may apply.

Pick up in store is our newest delivery option so currently pickup can take place within 7 days. You will receive an email when your package is ready for pickup. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation.) or your name. Remember that you must show your ID and if you are picking up for someone else, you must show that person's ID.

Your order must be picked up within one month, if this does not happen, we unfortunately have to charge a cost of 59 SEK for this, which then corresponds to the shipping fee (your order will be refunded to the same payment method you chose when you placed your order.)

If you have chosen the wrong shipping method and would like to have your order shipped, that's great. Send us an email and we will help you from there.

Kristallrummet is not responsible for incorrect delivery details.
Be extra careful when filling in your name, email, postal address, postal code and especially your mobile number for the SMS notification from DHL/Postnord . Kristallrummet is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to the customer entering incorrect information.

Free shipping and minimum order (Sweden)
Free shipping on goods over 500 SEK, only applies to deliveries within Sweden. For purchases under 500 SEK, a delivery fee of 59 SEK is added. The delivery (DHL) is insured, registered and traceable. Even if you have chosen to pay with Klarna, the shipping costs 59 SEK. For purchases under 150 SEK, a service fee of 100 SEK is added. It is added together with the shipping.

If the item is out of stock
We will contact customers who have clicked the box “ Contact me for alternatives if an item is out of stock .” If the customer has not clicked this box, we will adjust the order according to what is in stock.

Delivery time
Goods are normally delivered within approximately 3-7 business days with the exception of delays beyond Kristallrummet's control, such as public holidays. In the event of any missed or delayed delivery or questions regarding delivery, please contact customer service at kundtjanst@kristallrummet.se .

Your order can be tracked once it has arrived at the distributor. We will notify you when your order has been shipped and the magic is on its way!

Unclaimed package
A shipment that is returned to Kristallrummet unclaimed means that the customer will be charged the shipping (59 SEK incl. VAT) to the customer and the DHL return shipping (156.25 SEK incl. VAT) to Kristallrummet from the Servicepoint, any invoice fee from Klarna will be added, as well as 100 SEK to cover Kristallrummet's service costs for the administration of an unclaimed package. An unclaimed shipment will therefore be charged 315 SEK (incl. VAT). If you cancel your purchase, the package must be collected from your servicepoint and returned to us. You accept these terms in the shopping cart when making a purchase. If you wish to have your package resent, this can be done for a cost of 215 SEK incl. VAT. Cancellation
Your order can be canceled as long as the package has not been shipped from Kristallrummet. Call us and check! We are quick to ship our customers' orders.

Return/Open purchase, store/online
For private customers, the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply. You have a full right of return on all ordered goods within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund. We handle webshop returns once a week , with reservations for delays during public holidays and any reminders or similar we can take action together with the customer.

Shipping costs are not refundable and you as the customer are responsible for the return costs. Drop off at any agent of your choice. Refund will be made when we have processed your return, and you will receive a note sent to your email when the refund has been made.

You cannot return your items that you purchased online to any of our physical stores. If you purchased the item in one of our physical stores, returns are accepted at the stores at Hökens gata 6 and Västerlånggatan 21 , regardless of which store you purchased the item from.

Open purchase does NOT apply to our intimate products (Yoni eggs/massage sticks, etc.), or special orders (all forms of manufacturing, lengthening/shortening, reworking, new manufacturing).

Warranty and Complaints

Kristallrummet follows the Consumer Purchase Act for distance purchases. Kristallrummet provides a 6-month warranty on our products and a 6-month manufacturing warranty on products that we manufacture ourselves, provided that they are well cared for and have not been subjected to abnormal wear and tear. Jewelry that has worn out or broken because the wearer has caught something and pulled carelessly is not replaced, for example. We check the product before we approve a complaint. For the warranty to apply, proof of when the item was purchased is required. Always save the receipt as it is your warranty certificate.
The brands we sell are subject to the brand's own warranty period. Read more under each brand.
In the event of a warranty or complaint, the customer pays for the return shipping.

Delivery terms
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order from us.

International packages - Sales to customers outside Sweden
For delivery of goods outside Sweden, contact our customer service at kundtjanst@kristallrummet.se for alternatives.

Prices
If there are changes in suppliers or major currency fluctuations, this will likely affect our prices and we therefore reserve the right to any price changes.

Payment options
You will see our payment options directly at checkout. Kristallrummet cannot change payment options for you afterwards.

Fake orders
Please note that all orders are logged with IP address and time. All fake orders will be reported to the police.

Printing error
We reserve the right to any "printing errors" on this website. We also cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual colors of the products. This depends on which computer you have and what settings are made on it, and that stones are natural materials and come in different colors and shapes.
