PURCHASE TERMS FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

It is important to us that you are satisfied with our goods, our service, treatment and the information about our goods. We have had 100,000 satisfied customers during our 30 years as suppliers of crystals and jewelery in Sweden and the Nordics. But that's not enough, we want you to be satisfied too!

Shipping options
The crystal room uses Postnord goods, My Pack Collect, DHL service point/parcel locker and pick up at our store at Hökens gata 6 in Stockholm. Shipping normally costs SEK 59, is free within Sweden when you shop for at least SEK 500 or pick up your package in our store. If you shop for less than SEK 150, a shipping fee of SEK 100 is added. Shipping to Norway, Denmark and Finland is from SEK 89. Duty may be added.

Collect in store is our newest delivery option, so right now collection can take place within 7 days. You will receive an email when your package can be picked up. Enter your order number (found in your confirmation) or your name. Remember that you must show your ID and if you pick up for someone else, you must show that person's ID.

Your order must be picked up within one month, if this does not happen we unfortunately have to charge a cost for this of SEK 59, which then corresponds to the shipping fee (your order will be refunded to the same payment method you chose when you placed your order.)

If you have chosen the wrong shipping method and wish to have your order sent, it will be fine. Then send us an email and we will help you from there.

The crystal room is not responsible for incorrect delivery information.
Be extra careful when you fill in name, e-mail, postal address, postal code and especially mobile number for the SMS notification from DHL/Postnord . Kristallrummet is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to customer entered incorrect information.

Free shipping and minimum order (Sweden)
Free shipping on goods over SEK 500, only applies to deliveries within Sweden. For purchases under SEK 500, a delivery fee of SEK 59 is added. Delivery (DHL) is insured, registered and trackable. Even if you chose to pay with Klarna, shipping costs SEK 59. For purchases under SEK 150, a service fee of SEK 100 is added. It is added together with the shipping.

If the product is out of stock
We contact the customers who clicked in the box " Contact me for alternatives if an item is out of stock ". If the customer has not clicked in this box, we will adjust the order according to those in stock.

Delivery time
Goods are normally delivered within approx. 3-7 weekdays with reservation for delays beyond Kristallrummet's control, such as red days. In the event of non-delivery, delayed delivery or questions about delivery, contact customer service at e-mail kundtjanst@kristallrummet.se .

Your order can be tracked once it has arrived at the distributor. We'll let you know when the order has shipped and the magic is on its way!

Package not collected
Consignment that is returned to the Crystal Room without release means that the customer is charged the shipping (59 SEK incl. VAT) to the customer as well as the DHL return shipping (156.25 SEK incl. VAT) to the Crystal Room from Servicepoint, any invoice fee from Klarna is added and SEK 100 to cover the Kristallrummet's service costs around the administration of an unclaimed package. An unclaimed shipment is therefore charged SEK 315 (incl. VAT). If you regret your purchase, the package must be collected from your service point and returned to us. You accept these terms in the shopping cart when making a purchase. If you wish to have your package resent, this can be done at a cost of SEK 215 incl. VAT. Cancellation
Your order can be canceled as long as the package has not been sent from Kristallrummet. Call us and check! We are quick to ship our customers' orders.

Return/Open purchase, store/online
For private customers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply. You have full right of return on all ordered goods within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund. We handle webshop returns once a week , with reservations for delays during red days and possible reminders or the like, which we can fix together with the customer.

The shipping cost is not refunded and you as the customer are responsible for the return cost yourself. Hand it in at any representative. Refunds are made when we have processed your return, and you will receive a note sent to your email when the refund has been made.

You cannot return your goods that you bought online to any of our physical stores. If you bought the product in one of our physical stores, returns apply to the stores at Hökens gata 6 and Västerlånggatan 21 , regardless of which store you bought the product from.

Open purchase does NOT apply to our intimate products (Yoni eggs/massage wands, etc.), or special orders (all forms of manufacturing, lengthening/shortening, reworking, new manufacturing).

Warranty and Complaints

The crystal room complies with the Consumer Purchase Act for distance purchases. Kristallrummet gives 6 months on our products, also 6 months manufacturing warranty on products that we manufacture ourselves, provided that they are well taken care of and have not been exposed to abnormal wear and tear. Jewelry that has worn out or broken because the wearer got stuck in something and thoughtlessly pulled, is replaced, e.g. not. We check the product before we approve a complaint. For the warranty to apply, proof is required of when the product was purchased. Always save the receipt as it is your warranty certificate.
For the brands we sell, the brand's own warranty period applies. Read more under the respective brand.

Delivery conditions
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent's permission to order from us.

International packages - Sales to customers outside Sweden
For delivery of goods outside Sweden, contact our customer service at kundtjanst@kristallrummet.se for alternatives.

Prices
If supplier changes or major currency changes occur, this will likely affect our prices and we therefore reserve the right for possible price changes.

Payment options
You see our payment options directly at checkout. The Crystal Room cannot change payment options for you afterwards.

Fake orders
Please note that all orders are logged with IP address and time. All fake orders are reported to the police.

Printing error
We reserve the right for any "printing errors" on this website. We also cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual colors of the products. This depends on which computer you have and which settings have been made on it, as well as the fact that stones are natural materials and come in different colors and shapes.

Kristallrummet has the right to refuse a customer to shop
If contact and communication do not work between the Crystal Room and the customer, the Crystal Room has the right to deny the customer continued purchases and also deny future purchases when necessary.
