You can use a pendulum for healing and spirituality

One of the most used tools for getting in touch with one's higher self as well as divination are crystal pendulums. The art of using a pendulum is something that anyone can learn and master and enjoy experimenting with!

In its simplest form, you can use a pendulum to answer questions or assist in decision making. A pendulum works by using your intuition and sixth sense. The pendulum acts as a form of receiver and transmitter, from your higher self, guardian angels and spiritual teachers.

Crystal pendulums move, either in a circle or back and forth. Ask the pendulum to show you what Yes looks like and No, it can be different for different pendulums!

Before starting to use a pendulum, it is advisable to clean it first and charge it with your own energy. The easiest way to clean the pendulum is with sage!

As you begin and practice, try asking simple questions with the pendulum, such as "Is it Wednesday today?", "Is my best friend's name Ellen" or "Do I live in Scotland?". This will help you get a better handle on how your pendulum responds and help you gain more confidence in using it.

When you are ready to begin the pendulum, sit with the crystal pendulum and hold the chain between your thumb and forefinger. so that your hand rests with the lower part of the pendulum in your upturned palm. The pendulum should now be completely still and you can move your hand away from the bottom of the pendulum. When you move your hand, the pendulum will start moving after a while!
