This Crystal Calendar is for those of you who want to stand firmly on the ground with your feet and fly high with your wings and catch your dreams. We thought we would start with the roots and give you the best crystal to help you root yourself into the earth, become present to your body and feel calm and secure right down to the bottom of your feet. When you have roots that nourish you, you can fly high above the trees and bring down the moon to yourself and others!

Smoky quartz wants to give you the energy to let go of your negative, self-critical and bitter thoughts. Let them fall to the ground and become nourishment for new dreams.

Smoky Quartz Ceremony

Take the crystal pendant in your hand. Stand up. Feel your feet relax and feel how your feet almost suck in the earth, the floor, the ground you are standing on. Feel your feet. Are you wearing socks? Are you barefoot? Just feel ... It's this easy to be here and now. Continue to give yourself that experience today.
