Preloved value check

PRELOVED VALUE CHECK

To be part of Kristallrummet's PRELOVED and submit goods and receive a value check that you can shop for in our stores, you need to do the following:

• Collect the undamaged and fine crystals and jewelry that you want to get a value check for.
• Polish the silver jewelry and do not return broken crystals and stones. For example, let your flowers enjoy them.
• Leave them in the Crystal Room at Hökens gata 6 for valuation.
• You photograph your goods with your mobile phone in the store together with our staff and both parts of the delivery receipt, so that both you and we know what you have delivered.
• Each crystal or piece of jewelry may be worth a maximum of SEK 500/piece. If they exceed that value, you can sell them on commission with us. Read more about it here
• The total amount for the goods must be at least SEK 200 and a maximum of SEK 2,500. If the total value is more, you can sell them on commission with us. Read more about it here
• We do not barter with amounts less than SEK 200 due to the administrative cost.
• When we have valued the goods, we will write you a value check for 40% of the amount and email you. You can pick up the value check at Kristallrummet at Hökens gata 6.
• Your value check remains at the Kristallrummet at Hökens gata 6 for 6 months. If you cannot collect your value check within 6 months, you must contact us. We do not send gift cards by post.
• You can shop for your gift card whenever you want within two years. You can also give it away. The gift card is not personal.
• If you have changed your mind and do not want to sell your goods, you collect your goods back within two weeks.
• Uncollected goods or gift cards belong to the Kristallrummet.
• You sign an agreement with these rules when you drop off your goods so that we agree on what applies.
• The Crystal Room reserves the right to refuse to accept goods for sale.
