Gratitude
CRYSTALS AND STONES FOR GRATITUDE
RAINBOW STONE, ANGEL QUARTZ, MORGANITE
What are you grateful for today?
The more gratitude you fill your life with, the more you will have to be thankful for. Gratitude generates itself. Start the day by answering the question: What do I have to be thankful for today? Your life will surely change for the better. Simple and powerful.
We have selected rainbow moonstone, angel quartz and morganite as the crystals that give us the experience of gratitude.
The rainbow pattern for the energy of light, joy and that we are blessed with so much miracles and energy in our lives. The rainbow moonstone makes us wonder and feel that life is big and magical.
Angel quartz to remind us that the angels watch over us and that their blessings shine like the rainbows in the angel quartz. Every moment, new glittering energies shower over us like invisible snowflakes. All you have to do is receive.
Morganite for the love of life and everything that helps you grow as a person. Morganite wants to support you to open up and receive all that life offers you. Say yes!
Affirmation: I thank life, every cell in my body is filled with gratitude.
"Gratitude opens the door to... the power, the wisdom, the creativity of the universe. You open the door through gratitude.”
- Deepak Chopra
Tip - create a gratitude jar!
You can do this together with your family, those you live with or by yourself. A ritual can become stronger if you share it with others, so feel free to do so!
Have a pile of notes next to the jar - preferably a glass jar so you can see it being filled. You can place crystals and stones that represent what you are grateful for or that energize your innermost desires.
Keep the glass jar visible where you pass each day, take a moment, alone or with others, and write down what you are grateful for each day on a piece of paper. One thing is enough! Help your children write and put in the jar.
Every now and then when you have a boring day or when you just want to fill up with positive energy, you put your hand in the jar and fish out a note. Read aloud. it is the best happy medicine.
You can also write down what you are grateful for in a notebook. For example, choose to end the year by collecting everything you are grateful for that happened during the past year. Then you will also naturally see what you should continue to give your energy to and what may not have worked and which you should let go of for the coming year.
