Sexuality is perhaps the strongest force in us humans. Through millennia and through different cultures and beliefs, we have related to that power in different ways. We want to highlight that sexuality is something that exists between people as an opportunity to raise their energy level, insight and presence. The sexual energy is also called kundalini in ancient Indian ways of trying to explain and understand man. In a healthy, healthy person, the Kundalini power flows through the body, in all the chakras, helping us to be open, present and free from judgment and negativity. The life energy, the sexual energy or the kundalini force helps us to fully live and love our life as it is. Having an open energy system in the body affects the soul and our mental well-being. Raising the energy of our life force can change our experience of life in an instant.

Tantra is a direction within Buddhism that aims to be present in everyday life and take advantage of the opportunities for heightened life energies that exist in everyday life. The life force flows extra when we become sexually excited, attracted and of course also in the sexual encounter with another human being. Even the possibility of facing one's fear is part of a tantric approach.

Carnelian energy balances the second chakra, the place of dependence, independence and co-dependence. The navel is the place where we received all our nutrition as a fetus. When it was cut off, our journey began to become individuals of its own.

Many believe that enlightenment (or if you want to call it self-realization, oneness with the universe or god or whatever you prefer) is when the entire chakra energy has risen like a snake (Kundalini) in the spine and directly gives its energy to the pineal gland and pituitary gland at the top in the head and purely physically "lights up" the whole inside of the creature.
