Relaxation, crystals, guided inner journeys, presence and healing of our chakra energies. Increase the presence and flow in your body by healing your chakra flow.
Each evening is about a chakra, exercises, meditations and stones that are for that chakra, how they feel and their effect on your chakras. You will most likely have unique experiences of your chakras and how they relate to your life energy.
The evenings include chakra meditation, guided meditation, review of the chakra and the stones that vibrate at the same frequency as well as healing for the special chakra with crystals and stones.
No previous knowledge required.
You will also be able to join a Facebook group where a video from each night is posted. I will also be able to answer questions and give tips in that group. That way, you will also have the opportunity to do the exercises as many times as you want. The Facebook group will remain for a longer period so that you have access to the material.
When you register, you will receive a pdf by email which is good if you read it before the course starts. Then you will get more out of each course opportunity.
Vanya Mårtens, Kristallrummet's founder, leads the evenings. She has worked with crystals, chakras and meditation since 1984.
