Angel quartz or angel aura quartz is a rock crystal placed in a vacuum chamber and treated at extremely high temperatures with vaporized metals such as platinum, gold and silver. The exact recipe is secret. The metal atoms react and unite with the atoms of the rock crystal. It is not possible to scrape off the beautifully shiny surface layer.
