Apache Tear is a translucent, brown obsidian. Tradition tells us that the Apache tears are the tears of the Native American people (the Apache tribe). Which mourns the warriors killed by the American cavalry. The stone has been used in times of sadness and despair and it has comforted its wearer by allowing a true understanding of the situation and true acceptance.

Apache tear obsidian differs from the other obsidians as it is transparent, like dark water.
