Bismuth (Bismuth or Wismut) is a brittle heavy metal that needs human help to crystallize. Wismut then forms iridescent, incredibly interesting crystal formations. In the earth's crust, bismuth is about twice as abundant as gold. Bismuth is said to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation. It is a stone of transformation and change and is said to help people adapt to new situations with confidence. Bismuth encourages cohesion and can be helpful in group or relationship dynamic situations.
