Gua sha face massage rose quartz
Gua sha is a Chinese massage tool that has been used for centuries. It has been used to improve stiffness in muscles, blood circulation and cleanse the lymphatic system. These techniques speed up the production of new skin cells and the body's energy flow.
Use: Start at the inner edge of the eye and sweep over the cheekbone, out towards the hairline and temple, massaging lightly. Hold lightly with the opposite hand as you make the movement to stretch the skin. Repeat this sweeping motion, with slow strokes. Do not stress through the movements, but breathe deeply into your lungs. Feel the weight of your new Gua sha and how it moves over the skin. Let the tool do the work, you don't need to use extra force. Light to medium pressure only!
Repeat these movements over the forehead, cheekbones, jaw, under the chin and eyebrows, even the neck if you want! You draw your Gua sha from the inside of the face and out towards the hairline.
Care instructions: Wash your Gua Sha with mild soap and warm water. Rose quartz, obsidian and serpentine can also be charged with sunlight, moonlight, Sage, Palo santo or sea salt.
